At Wow Stay, we manage privately owned apartments, and Schoolies stays follow special conditions to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all residents and guests. Below is a list of optional extras you can purchase, as well as fees that may apply under specific circumstances.

Apartment Extras & Amenities

🧼 “Stay Ready” Starter Pack – $7
Each apartment comes with a complimentary starter kit of basic amenities intended for your first night only.
If you need more, you are welcome to purchase this convenient pack, which includes:

• 1 dishwashing liquid sachet (20 ml)
• 1 laundry liquid sachet (20 ml)
• 1 garbage bag
• 1 disposable cloth
• 1 dishwashing tablet
• 1 body soap (30 g)
• 1 shampoo (30 ml)
• 1 conditioner (30 ml)
• 1 body wash (30 ml)
• 1 body lotion (30 ml)
• 1 toilet roll

🛏️ Linen & Towels Hire

While each apartment is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, and all beds are made and ready upon arrival, we offer linen and towel hire for added convenience:

• Additional bath towel: $6 each
• Single bed linen set (3 single sheets + 2 pillowcases): $15
• King bed linen set (3 king sheets + 4 pillowcases): $20

Please note: Any hired linen is provided as an extra set only and will not be set up by housekeeping. Pool towels are not available.

Lost Keys & FOBs

• Lost key + FOB set: $200
• Lost Soul Apartments access card: $300

Lockout Assistance

If you are locked out of your apartment and need help:

• Between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM: $150
• Between 8:00 PM and Midnight: $250
• Between Midnight and 9:00 AM: $400
• Remote unlock (if available): $100

Security Attendance & Fines

• First complaint: You will receive a written warning.
• If security is required to attend the apartment, a $300 fine will be applied.
