What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 10am. Need a late check-out the morning after the final? Ask us — it depends on the next arrival, but we will always try.
How does self check-in work?
Every wowstay apartment — including Chevron Renaissance, Q Tower and Sierra Grand — uses 24/7 self check-in via KeySpot lockboxes at Circle on Cavill, 9 Ferny Avenue, Surfers Paradise. We send you the code and directions before you arrive, so you can check in at any hour — even after the last race. Broadbeach guests, allow a short detour into Surfers first.
